Saturday night sounds from the Royal Singers.

The boys quarter sang "Nothing Like a Dame."
The girls trio of Andi Vincent, Allie Hattaway, and Maddy Land finished third at state.

One of the songs the group sang acapella was a redo of the Spice Girls hit "Wannabe."

The BCHS Royal Singers held their Spring Concert Saturday night in the high school auditorium. It featured both group performances including two acapella numbers, as well as songs from the literary team. A senior concert is set to happen later this spring.

KOHR Kowboys continue to ride high.

(Photo contributed.) The KOHR 7u Kowboys travel baseball team continued their hot start with their third straight tournament win Saturday in Dublin. KOHR went undefeated again. The Kowboys return to action April 20 in Carrolton.

Girls 4x100 team breaks school record.

The girls 4x100 team of Jaleya Brown, Camira Ates, Riley Haley and Lyric Stephens broke the school record at the Raiders "No Fooling Around" meet held yesterday at West Laurens. (Contributed.) The BCHS Beta Club held a car wash and bake sale Saturday morning to raise funds for those students attending nationals in June. They had a good turnout. The Beta Club thanks the community for their support.
