Barons fall in home finale to Raiders.

BCMS closed out their home season Monday afternoon with a makeup game against West Laurens. The Raiders scored five in the fourth. Thomas Williams’ double in the bottom of the fifth capped a five-run inning by the Barons. Still tied 5-5 after seven, the game went into extras. After two runners reached in the eighth, the bases were loaded intentionally. WL got a groundout and throwing error to score twice. They’d go on to win 7-5. Kix Foskey was 2 for 4 with an RBI double. Noah Woodard was 2 for 4 with 1 RBI. The Barons will be fourth seed for the upcoming region playoffs, details TBA.
