Taking it easy on their final lap.

This year, the run-a-thon for the BCHS and BCMS track teams was held during the daytime. It began at 6:30 Friday morning. After being out in the sun virtually all day, the runners were hot and tired. So many took it easy on their final lap by walking around the high school track. Both cross country teams begin their season August 28 in Perry at the Mid State Classic. The meet will be held at the Georgia National Fairgrounds.
